Galop Náttúrunnar 2019
Galop Náttúrunnar is an arwork in a public area located in the park Elliðaárdalur in Reykjavík. This work is made with my collegues Arngrímur Guðmundsson and Bergur Ari Sveinsson in cooperation with Reykjavík city.
We got our inspiration from Icelandic folktales. The sculpture is seen as something that sparks joy for children through tales about trolls that has been in our culture for a very long time.
Gilitrutt þarfnast vaðmáls/ Gilitrutt is in need of vaðmál 2019
Perfomance on the eve of the opening ceremony. The perfomance was for two hours a day, two times a week through four weeks.
The performance connects to the story about the folklore about the troll Gilitrutt.

Families from around the park were welcome to enjoy storytelling from the actress Vigdís Gunnardóttir and couple of songs from the band Nattsól
